Sanación Integral was founded by Altahir and Jack in 2008 in order to provide integrated healing to individuals in Panamá, Central America. Our staff has  44 years combined experience in natural health.

We offer supervised fasting, detox, meditation retreats and classes, wellness and cleansing programs at Cerro la Vieja Eco-Hotel and Spa  in Panama. We can help you to detoxify and rejuvenate your whole body at all levels (mind, body and spirit) utilizing energy medicine, herbal medicines, oxygen therapies, sauna, steam, supervised fasting and other modalities.

Altahir

Altahir has been a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition since 1999 and a Master of Reiki Tummo® since 2006. She has keen insight into the human psyche and has dedicated her life to teaching and providing integrated healing modalities daily.

Altahir is a teacher and facilitator and her healing modalities include nutritional counseling, Bach flower therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, reflexology, Reiki Tummo, meditation, Bach Flower Therapy and conscious dancing and movement.

Her approach to health is what she calls "integrated healing" which is an effective method that integrates multiple modalities for achieving health through transformational processes and real spiritual growth by balancing the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Altahir is also a co-coordinator of Reiki Tummo® in Panamá coordinating and translating workshops in Reiki Tummo® and Open Heart Meditation and guides weekly meditation groups for Padmacahaya International Institute for Internal Studies.

Jack 

Jack has been a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition since 2005 and a master of Reiki Tummo® since 2006.

He has been providing Shiatsu and massage treatments professionally, and to friends and family for the past 35 years. He has been involved in meditation for the same length of time.

Jack teaches about Open Heart Meditation for the public and is co-coordinator of Reiki Tummo® in Panamá coordinating workshops in Reiki Tummo and Open Heart Meditation and guides weekly meditation groups for Padmacahaya International Institute for Internal Studies.
