Map: How to get here

From Panama City take the Inter American Highway towards Costa Rica and exit to the right approximately 2 hours later in Penenome at the Shell gas station and Hotel dos Continentes. Go aprox. 1 block and turn right at the bank/shopping center Centro de Commericals.  Follow teh signs at each intersection for Cerro la Vieja. Sanación Integral at Cerro la Vieja Eco-Hotel and Spa is about 30+ minute drive on this road towards Chiguiri Ariba and will be on the left after a large pine forest.  The entrance is very larger with sign... you can't miss us.
